any sugestions for a low priced suspension lift and a wheel and tire combo? im also looking to improve my gas mileage and horse power...just looking for sugestions. thanks  

Lift and tires defenitely arent going to improve your gas mileage.. In fact the bigger your tires go, the worst it gets. But if you want an inexpensive lift, go to JCW. They have a Rough Country 3" for like 250. Thats what I have on mine, and it has served me well.

And if you want to pull some power out of it, replace that old log they call an exhaust manifold with a header.  

Intake Exhaust Header - Those will help with power.

Rough Country 3" lift and some 31's on black Rock Crawlers would look pretty good and not hurt the wallet to much.  

cold air intake and if you can find the performance chip, a good header and if its an older 4.0 fuel injection helps alot, although not a low cost option.
