I produce Off-Road Videos and want to know what kind of videos wheelers enjoy watching. I am a wheeler and know what to look for when I am producing, I am looking to expand the usual wheeling video experience and will appreciate your honest response to the questions below.

Do you watch Off Road videos and what do you look for, “Event Coverage”, “Adventure”, “How To”, “TV Shows” or your clubs home videos?

What do you think of the wheeling videos or TV shows you have seen so far, do you have any favorites?

What would make you want to purchase a wheeling DVD or tune in to a regular scheduled TV program? Is there a price point in which you decide to either purchase or not purchase a DVD?

Any other comments you may have will be appreciated.

I really cant stand how everytime I watch an offroading tv show like 90% of the show is usualy rock crawling, i would like to see more mud, deep mud and different kinds of mud.

Mud is good, snow is good. I would like to see trails, a bit of everything. stuff thats challenging but  Real world type rigs. Not forty thousand dollar rigs and tube frames.

Rock Crawling vid's are fine.  Mud Boggin footage is ok too.  Nuthin like watchin a really clean rig  get dirty having fun.  find a way to safely strap trucks and tug it out is an entertaining thought.  Maybe set up  competition between similar class vehicles of different makes. Duramax 4x4 versus new Powerstroke.  Cummins versus Duramax.  Triton versus Vortec.  Vortec versus Hemi.  If you hit pay dirt and get rich off these ideas,  think bout me ok?  

Competition between not just trucks but mods to, tires, shocks, preformance parts, etc.  

Have you seen the Ultimate Adventure video series?  If not then maybe you should.  These guys are doing what I want to do. I think there should be a little more trail riding like over the rockys or something. Everything should be included.  Not just rock crawling or mud bogging or tech stuff but everything.  It should include real people having fun and enjoying themselves..

I always thought it would be great to have a video document of an adventure, like a rick russel video but with more, not just trailrides but how to get where youre going, places to eat along the way, recreation like swimming, fishing, camping, rockhounding, etc...,  because sometimes if you have only a day or the weekend to go on an adventure, you don't want to have to worry about were to get fuel or food and if you have people riding with you, sometimes they don't want to spend all their time wheeling, so you can spend some time doing some other things as well more family or freind oriented.  so whether you want to go for the weekend or the week,  time to expose some of the coolest ways to exploit your'e adventure, I'd call it THE AMERICAN ADVENTURE SERIES!!!  I'm not sure what the best format would be t.v. video, or book!! I sure would like to see something like this in the future, I know I'd buy into it!!
