I have a small block chevy 350 bored 30 over, 9.5 to 1. flattop pistons, stump puller2 cam, rebuilt 194 heads, msd pro billet distributor, msd blaster2 coil, msd off road ignition system with the off road rev limiter, performer air gap intake, and a holly truck avenger 670 carb. My truck is a 78 chevy stepside with 3/4 ton running gear, A turbo 350 with a married 205 t-case. My gears are 4.10s and and i've ran 38's and 35's, and  I still get a real bad stutter between 1200 to 2000 rpms. If I punch it most of the time it will die. I was told that these carbs were getting a lot of bad reviews for this kind of a problem. any info or advice would be greatly appreciated. what kind of other carbs work well for offroading.
