Auto trans get stuck

Yesterday I go to wash the car. When I finished, there's something wrong.
My auto trans was get stuck, I can't shift the gear out of the P position.
And my trans interlock feel like no affect. Then my friend tell me force to
pull the shift shaft. I shift the gear into the D position. But there's something
wrong. I can directly shift in R from D, there's no any interlock to protect.
And I found I can not shift into the first gear position. My vehicle is '03 4.0
auto trans (42RLE). Could someone tell me what's wrong on my trans ?
