225/6 to 318 swap?

i have a 1985 3/4TON pickupwith a 225 slant 6, i am wondering if ne1 knows if a 318sb would bolt to the same brackets, some friends of mine tell me it will but i have a hard time believing it because of the position of the brackets on my '89 ramcharger's 360...any help would be appreciated greatyly..................i can be contacted at rock_a_bull@yahoo.com
