I recently had my torsion bars cranked up on my 05 GMC Sierra Z71, and i'm not really satisfied. It makes the front look way higher than the rear. To much for my liking. Does anyone know if there is an easy solution to raising the back a little or should I just dal with it and move on???

Just back off on the torsion bar bolts to level the front with the rear. This is a very easy job that you can do yourself.
Who ever cranked them up, did it way too much.
You have to be real careful when cranking the torsion bars up. If you crank too far, you will have a lot less down travel on the suspension and too much of an angle on the CV shafts which could result in breakage. I'm sure you are driving a rough rider now.
