I just bought a 1972 Chevelle SS dash and want to restore the paint on the dash along with the silver paint around the gauges. Can you give me some suggestions on what to reapply silver paint with that will last and stick to the dash? I woulld also like to know what would be good to use to clean the dash finish with before repainting.
