I think your out of luck for this truck. If you have the skills and the materials, you might be able to fabricate up a body lift. Good luck.

i think the easiest thing way to squeeze some bigger tires under your ride would be to do a little fender trimming.

If its a unibody, body lift is not an option, what kind of suspension does it have, coils, leafs, ...?

I dont even read the heading just try to follow the natural progression of the conversation, the leaves in teh rear will be easy to lift, block schackle reversal..., the a-arms may be more difficult, do you mind increasing the track width? Is it just the shcok holding it up, or is there a torsion bar, is the shock a coilover?

Depends on how knowledgable you are about suspension dynamics and fabrication skills. Is it a double a-arm? The rear can be lifted very easily, the front looks like it will be the problem area!

There should be some sort of spring for the front. Torson bar or coil. A shock cannot support the weight of the truck. I googled your truck and found 1 pic of the front suspension. It was modified to ride lower, but it has airbags. Do you have airbags in front?

Ok. The bags are a large rubber thing. It will be located BETWEEN the control arms. The same goes for the coil springs, but instead of a rubber baloon you will have a slinky. (same location) A torson is a pair of large steel bars running from between the A arms to a cross member under the cab. typically, an IFS is hard to lift. If you cant find one you could fabricate one, it will be hard. If you find a 1988 to 1998 chev truck check out the suspension. It is a torson bar.

Its gonna be custom no matter what, I know no company makes lifts for your truck. Take a look at the chevy truck ifs, you will need to build(read have some one build) a whole array of drop brackets and/or lengthen the a-arms adjusting your track width and making aligning the tires near impossible.
