Damn Ferds!! They should have listed a 12-volt hair dryer as a dealer option to heat the glow plugs!! Would have probably come out a lot cheaper than that Ferd dealer repair pricing!
Buddy of mine at work just bought a brand new Ferd F-250. 'Monkey poop-brown' in color ( I call it ). It's not a month old. He rolls down the passenger window on the way to work, and it falls off the track and won't come back up! So he has to take the morning off to take it to the Ferd dealer where he bought it. In Central & South Florida, during the summer months the thunder heads start to roll in about 2:00 pm like clock-work and the skies just open up after that! So, he had to get something done quick before he ruins his interior due to the rain. ...sooo this dealer he just gave all this money to for the new truck, tells him they can't give him a loaner car or truck! All they can do is get some flunkie to drop his ass off at work!, "and you will have to get someone to drive you back to the dealer when the truck is ready" ( 3 days later ).
Now that's Ferd quality, and Ferd Service for ya, cause you know, At Ferd, "Quality is job 1" !!
...another satisfied Ferd customer! don't cha know.

You guys just make yourselfs sound stupid saying "ferd" all the time, thats not insulting, I got something for you chevy guys, its a video at www.truetuggers.com, it is a real chevy monster truck vs a modified ford in a tug o war. watch it and see who wins, Ive seen it and it just proves my point, yes it is a modified ford, but the monster truck is pushing about 1500hp. tell me what you think.

Impressive!!!
This is obviously the exception that proves the rule !!!
It HAS to be Chevy powered under that Ferd body !!
Don't let it get to ya man, we're just joshin here. Some of my best friends drive Fords.....mis-guided, as they are. 4X4's are all good in my book, Well.... the American makes anyway. I'm not trying to be insulting here, we're just kicking the cat around some, and disturbin the neighbors.

Hey man thats the same thing with me, I really didnt believe it for a moment, The monster truck has the hp and torqe to win obviously, but his mistake was spinning the wheels. Now he suffers the humiliation, I have friends that drive chevys and I like them too, but was it a cool video or what?

It was at that!!
It's funny about these monster trucks, funny car drags how they're called 'Chevy this', or 'Ford that', when the only 'Chevy' or 'Ford' thing about them is the painted on insignia on the fiberglass shell. Every other part is from some performance shop or custom machined. Most monster truck tire treads are carved out by hand.

you say its like a rock because it doesent move i say its like a rock because when it moves it doesent stop as it rolls over teh competition and everything else.
My old 77 is beat to death and im working on putting it back together, and when my little avenger went down 2 months ago and is still down ,dew to cost of repair, i started drivin' frankie again, all the time, and cannot complain, it starts when i turn the key ,and hauls butt down the highway.
ive owned ferds and lemme tell you i wont go back, when you go up a little hill and hit a mudhole and break the frame in half you haul the wrekage out and take out the motor and tranny and put them in a battered jeep body, and sell it to get your money back. scrap the rest of the ferd.

I say its like a rock because I have seen chevys with full bed loads and they dont move, my buddy has a 1988 chevy on 35s with 6 inch lift and a 350ci engine and it barley moves with wait at all, We actually had to move everything from his bed to mine because his truck couldnt go up the hill at the dump. That is why I say that, and because I have pulled two chevys out at the same time in the snow, they are pathetic, and a poor excuse of a truck. The only chevy that I would have would be the Saburban and not the new ones, that is the only chevy that can do work.

You say he's been out wheeling? Well, he must be in his Chevy truck because I don't think a Camaro can wheel too good.
Just face it, you and I know that Ford just plain sucks!!!!!!!!

Yes it is his chevy truck but if you noticed I said "AND he drag races his camaro" look at the and, I never said he took his camaro out wheeling, but there are some camaros that do. And how does Ford suck when we had to take the wait out of his bed and put it in my bed because his truck couldnt handle it. You can say all you want but Ford is and will always be the Best.

Ford sucks plain and simple i can get in a ford and drive it like i do my checy and the darn thing will blowup befor i get around the block you will never convince me that ford is any thing better than a lawn ornament. and i say his chevy wouldent make it up the hill because the driver was not able to drive his truck i bet i could have gotten the truck up the hill loaded with no problem.
by the way if you took the wait out of his truck and put it in yours i really dont understand how the truck did not make it up the hill. ill bet that ford just sitts there with all his wait doesent it.
check your spelling weight not wait.

You probably could get it up the hill in 4 wheel and a 50 mph head start. When my ford went up in 2 wheel no problem. I dont have to convince you anything, your entitled to your opinion. I have out done plenty of chevys in my rusty piece of #### ford or as all of you say "ferd", but it always gets the job done. I have ran that "ferd" out of oil 100%, the engine just stoped while we were driving, all we did was put 5 quarts of oil in it and it started up and havent had a problem since.
There is nothing wrong with my spelling, it was just the wrong word smart one.
Learn how to use periods, they look like this . OK
