Does any tire CO make off road or all terrain tires for Jeep Liberty Limited 4x4?  Size 235/65R17?  Nothing I've searched has aggressive looking lugs.  If not, then would I be able to / need to switch out to a 16" wheel and get the 225/75R16 which is what is stock for the Jeep Liberty Renegade?

any 235/65R17 will fit on it, but if i where you i would get the renegade rims and 235/65R16's or the 225/75R16 you wanted  

For a liberty if you have a 2.5" lift kit it is possible to fit 265/75/R16's on there however you are going to rub. Beat down the pinch weld inside the front wheel wells and do some cutting and it knocks down most of the rubbing. Dick Cepek FC II's look and preform pretty well. Now if the Liberty is stock i wouldn't go any more than a 30" or maybe a 31". Stock wrangler ATS should fit without a problem.  

a 265/70 is round 31 inches tall,think bfg has a 31/12.50/15?a/t.probably need a big hammer to fit the bigguns
