I was thinking about buying a 96 Bronco 4x4, right now im drving a 2wd ranger and want a 4x4 really bad so i need to upgrade. I was just wondering whats the maximum size tires you can fit on the 96 bronco with no lift (i wouldnt have the money to buy lift and tires at the same time so im thinkin if i get it ill just put on 33s if theyll fit and then save money for a lift). Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I'm pretty sure 35''s will fit. You will not be doing much offroading with them though because they'll rub like crazy. We use to have stock 80 F250 4wd with 35's on it and they were fine for the street. I'd say worry more about your gearing though. 3.73's and 35's are going to be to fun

for that year 33's are max with no lift. you will just have to space out your front bumper with some washers and remove the plastic piece thats under the bumper.
33" tires should run 4.10 gears 35" tires should run 4.56 or 4.88 depending on the use of the bronco.
