1998 2-door tahoe 2 1/2 suspension lift 33" M/T baja claw radials. 350 ci with minor air intake work and true dual exhuast. still 10 miles a gallon. looking into a blower but the 3-5k price tag is killing me + beafing up tranny work$$. im thinking 4.10 gears might be better. but i have 4 low which i still need to figure out what that equats to. I am considering 2-3" body lift for 35" tires but thats the last thing on the list of about 4 other projects i have in mind. first and for most is slotted rotors in front and a disc brake conversion in rear.

what is bad milage? got a 73 w/350 3 on tree and a np205 1/2 ton and i get around 10 mpg around town but need lower gears running 308 gears w/31s has a 6" lift so looks funny but was real bad powered with the 35s on it when i got it but ain't found cheap axles or gears yet. would like 4.56s and some 38s but the price of parts for the gears will double the investment on the truck.

Me- 1995 Chevy K1500 X Cab, 6" Rancho lift, 35" Pro Comp Xterrains, 4.56 gears, 3/4 t 9.5" 14 bolt w/ Gov-loc. (not the best locker in the world, but better than an open diff) Gibson Shorty Headers and exhaust, Jet Chip, K&N. Did all the work my self incuding the lift and gears.
Lusting after a new 3/4 ton Dodge 2500!
Wife- 2002 Jeep Liberty 2.5" Rusty's Off road lift, 255-70R16 BFG AT's, rear Trac-loc

Current Vehicle: THe good ol 99 checy blazer 2wd 2dr, with K&N AIr filter, K&N performance gold oil filter, 29" Wide Track Baja ATs, stalling problem, no front plastic piece under bumper to make room for tires.
Project Typhoon- 1983 Chevy Silverado, GM 350, Qjet carb, 35" Baja Claws (really used ones), 8" lift, stock tranny/ gears/ axels- sold to a guy who drove past my house and insisted that he buy it $8 grand towards college, my car insurance, my truck, plus a little vacation to Jersey in a couple of weeks and I've got $15 left of it.
Project Nightmare- 1990 Ford Bronco, 302, efi, 32" wild country RVT radials (great tires, dont know why they stopped making them), stock axels and tranny-caught on fire after the starter went and was replaced, repoed 2 days later after dealer cashed 3 $450 checks at the same time when they were supposed to be seperated by 2 weeks each.
Next Vehicle: Either a Turbo Diesl Ram or Jeep Wrangler also open to suggestions for a mud beast that can also tackle the sands of FL

I have a 95 bronco xlt with the 351w. It has almost 195,000 miles but still runs and looks good. I have put on a grill guard, tail light guards, tube steps, K&N air charger kit, 2 Hella 500's, slpit rear flowmaster exahust, cb with a pa speaker, firestick, new cd player. Im looking for a 6" lift with some 35" M/T baja claw radials and 4.11 gears. Then maybe some gibson headers.

I have a 1990 Dodge W150 (1/2 ton, 4x4) with 4 inches of lift and a set of 35x12.50x15 inch Mickey Thompson Baja Claw tires, with American Racing Outlaw 2 rims 15x10. As for the motor I have the 318 (5.2L) hoping to install a moderatetly built 360 (5.9L) in the near future! I had a great night of four wheeling last night!

I have an 81 chevy 350 4bolt Nosler/350TH with questionable transfer case (read other post). Corporate 12 bolt rear...and to tell you the truth, I dont' know what's under the front..*that's bad*...3 inches of body lift. In the future...motor rebuild, np203 coupled to an np205..dana 60 front axle...dunno what in the rear...maybe 14 bolt with lockers and about 6-8inches of lift...just built a house...slow project.

I have a 1982 CJ5. Extended wheelbase about 20 inches. 383 stoker motor with a ford holley 2 barrel. Can run on its side. Scout II Dana 44 axles. Front has a spring over, 2 1/2 inch BDS springs, extended shackles. Rear has coils with 180 lb race car springs. Great combo. Rides like a caddy over bumps. Just ordered a mile marker 12000 lb winch. Does anybody have one? How's it work? Thanks.

I have a 2002 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4x4 extra cab. Stocker parts getter, and fun little tree climber.
Work truck is a 2002 Chevrolet S-10 Crew cab. Last year of the S-10 I think. Drive it everyday with decent MPG, but notice it eats up tires. Took it to the dealer, and was told I was "hard on them"... Whatever, not like I am doing smokey burn outs.
Play truck is a full ground up restored 1968 Chevrolet Suburban K-20 4x4. All original except for a 5" Suspension lift and 33" BFG's. Original 327, 4spd granny Rockwell, xfer case kind of a mystery (Just remember when I had it built up, the builder told me "great equipment, but if you break it find something else cuz there are no more parts". Eaton rear end and Dana front with drums no less. Like I said I kept it original... MPG? 10 miles hwy on a good day
