OK. I need help yet again. I cant figure out what to build. IM getting a 1985 Chevy k30 1ton with all the goodies np205, th350 454 d60 and 14b.the body is trash.I was thinking about building a roll cage around the frame making it some what of a truggy.But i also want to build a jeep like a xj or a yj, tj, cj.The main purpose of this vehicle will be dunes and mud. it will never be street driven. I would like to run 40's or bigger on it. What should i build.What have u guys built?I desperatly need help with my decision.  

i say shorten the frame and tube it out. scarap the sheetmetal.  

I like the 85 chevy idea, but somehow, I am leaning towards building that jeep you want. Something tells me you'd rather build IT. Put the jeep first and slam those 40's on. I like the visual I'm gettin' with that one.
