Everything on it is stock now, except the K&N FIPK Air Intake. I'm getting ready to put 31 BFGoodrich All Terrain KOs on it. I can't afford a suspension lift my limit is about 1000 dollars. I was thinking about a throttle body spacer, new shocks, skid plate, some fog lights and is there anything that could really help it offroad.

Can't afford a lift? Sure you can! A body lift is inexpensive, but not as good as a suspension lift. Does the budget include the new tires? If so, you won't have much left over! If I had $1000 to spend, I'd spend it on a small suspension lift (or a small body lift), and a Lock-right or Powertrax No-spin "lunch box locker" that pops right in and replaces the spider gears and you don't even have mess with the ring and pinion set-up. Keep tire size less than 32" and go have fun!

i'm gonna get 31's in the BFGoodrich all terrain KO's now how much would say a 1 or 2 inch suspension lift cost me because theres no way i'm gonna do a body lift. Along with say new shocks along the lines for rancho or billstein

4 Wheel Parts wholesalers has kits that start around $300 for a 2" lift kit. Includes shocks. Depending on the kit, it may just be urethane spacers, or new springs, depending on the manufacturer, 4" kits start around $500-600. Since you just bought new tires I'd hold off on a lift over 2" otherwise you'll just be throwing money away, because you'll eventually want a bigger lift and tires, and you'll need to swap ring and pinion gears if you go bigger than 32".
Save a few more bucks and go for a 4" lift with 33's and some new gears front and rear.
For now, slap a locker in the rear end and go four wheelin'!
Lunchbox lockers like the Powertrax No-slip, Lock Right, and Quick-lock start around $250-300 and are easy to install by just replacing the stock spider gears in the rear end. There's no need for complicated set up like a full locker (Detroit, ARB) The lunch box lockers aren't as strong as a full locker, but will be plenty stong with tires less than 35"
