I have a 351m that i am rebuilding i need to know what parts to put in to give me some respectable HP but not drop my gas to much 10-12mpg is ok

do not go over 9.0to1 comp..if you want good mileage stick with the and holley has a 2bbl thats a 500cfm 2003 CBR 600 F4I
