i have a 73 thats locked up front and i cannot turn at all with manual. I want a simple  fix. not ready for ram assist yet. will a 76-85 cj power steering pump and box bolt on with  minimal modifications. im runnin the inline 6 right now. and i know i have to get the brackets for the pump and move my alternator to the right side of the block. any other suggestions?  

You can go with a 1975 to 1978 power steering pump and pitman arm with the gear box and it should bolt right on. After 1978 Jeep went to a wider frame and the pitman arm would'nt work and you would be stuck trying to find one.
