I have a 99 reg cab short box silverado, and have a pile of questions hopefully anyone can help with. First off, I converted the two-into-one exhaust to true two and a half inch duals. After three years it is now growing a bit bothersome and obnoxious. (but still sounds great) I'm looking for a dual in- dual out performance type turbo muffler, 2 1/2 inch flavor. Any brand names or www's would be great.
Second, Does any one offer a steering stabilizer for these trucks? Or is it not possible with the rack and pinion steering?
Third, will anti sway bars and/or helper springs do any justice for body roll? Are they worth the money?
Fourth, I have removed all the emblems, stickers and insigna from the truck, except the hideous three inch trim running along the top of the rocker panels. Does anyone have some secret tips or weapons they have used and would recommend? I have saved it for last, hoping to do it right the first time and not mess up the paint. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Flowmaster all the way....www.flowmastermufflers.com
the trim comes off with patience and a heat gun.... "goo-gone" can be used to remove the leftover glue residue with messing up your paint.... the paint still may stick to the trim.... its iffy but do-able
good luck hoss

I saw a Shadetree Mechanic (or Two Guys Garage maybe) along time ago where they used a drill with special "polishing wheel" from 3M to remove the extra adhesive and it didn't hurt the paint. I can't remember exacly what it was called, but I know it was made by 3M
