I just put BFG All terrain 30s on it and a K&N intake if i can fit it i'm gonna but a throttle body spacer on it and new spark plugs. I wanted bigger tires but i couldn't afford new wheels. I'm gonna put a 2 inch suspension lift on it, ya'll think it will look ok with 30s on it. also what are good shock and what else should i do with to it to increase HP, Torque and offroad performance. right now i'm not gonna go any bigger than 30s because they are a day old and i can only afford a 2 inch lift with new shocks. I'll have about 700-1000 bucks left for upgrades?  

Cat-back exhaust and a "lunch-box locker"(Powertrax No-slip or Lock-Right) in the rear end. Detroit/Tractec also makes a locker that drops right in in place of the spider gears.

The "lunch-box lockers" are cheaper and easier to install than a full locker such as a Detroit Locker or ARB.
