I have an 88 yota short bed 4x4 with no lift.  I'm running 33x12.50-15 Maxxis Mudders.  My front brakes are hardly satisfactory and my rotors have grooves the size of the Grand Canyon.  I've tried changing them but can't get the "cone washers" to come off.  The trusty Hayne's manual says to lightly tap them where they are split and they should pop right off.  No luck there.  I even tried heating them to no avail.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thank you.
