Sounds like a real good start. If you plan to go on trails may I advise getting a good brush guard that mounts the winch, A gas can, Tow rope, headlight and tail light guards, Something to carry water in, Frame jack, Good 4 way wrench, and a very good roll bar. I know that most people overlook these things, but they are worth their weight in gold on the trail.
P.S. A flash light and a cb radio are a must also.
Keep it safe and keep it wheelin.

J.C Whitney carries some nice looking brushguards, your local CarQuest can order them, Summit racing has all your automotive needs, 4W&OR has them scattered throughout its pages, and lights are available even at Wal-mart. As far as the winch goes, WARN is the only name to have. Unless your like the guy down the street from me that got a PTO Driven one from an army duece and a half.

I always carry pantyhose in my toolbox. They work great as a make shift belt and don't take up as much precious room, even better yet with the pantyhose is that they act as a variable size belt. P.S. My toolbox consists of, Can of Ether, three pairs of vice grips, wire ties, Hammer, a really big hammer, a cheap socket and ratchet set, Duct tape, Flashlight, two packages of batteries, pantyhose, two road flares, and Toilet paper. Be also sure to always carry a bucket or gallon milk jug, but one of those BE COOL bags fold up and holds water great.

It "sounds" like you have a pretty good start on a great 4X4! Find some buddies to go four wheeling with and go have fun! Always go 'wheeling with a buddy in case you get stuck or break something. Plus it's more fun if you have some buddies to laugh at you (I mean help you) when you get stuck. Don't forget a high quality tow strap (not chain) and maybe a come-along (hand winch).
