If i crank the torsion bars to get lift in the front will it affect the ride?

Will it be hard on other suspension components?

Ride gets stiffer, parts wear out proportionally with how much you crank.

If you are cranking a GM s-truck, be careful, the CV joints are pretty weak and cant handle too much more angle than they have to begin with.

If you are crankin' a GM F/S, keep it less than 1.5"

Any other brands, I have no experience crankin' them.
