My buddy and me got tired of sleeping on the ground and not having enough storage space so we came up with an idea for a new Sport Utility Trailer that we could take into the trails with us. We would greatly appreciate you taking the time to look at it givin us some honest feed back on it. We call it CHASER.  It’s not for sale as it is just our idea. We put a web site together ourselves so we can get thoughts and ideas from other folks.  The web site is Chaser Sport web page it shows pictures of our proto-type that we use now. Again we just want some good honest feedback from different outdoor people and groups. All feedback will be taken in the spirit it is given.

Thanks in advance for your help to a couple of fellow outdoorsman chasing their dream.

the chaser sounds good but after looking after looking at it i think that it should be smaller w/ not such big tires.

The tires are the only way to get the ground clearance on a solid axle trailer. Torsion suspension would allow for smaller tires while keeping the ground clearance.

Ordinary trailers are horible for getting hung up on rocks, usually less than 5" ground clearance.

It looks like you have got a winner w/ the chaser. It has good ground clearance, and the hitch looks like a lot of thought went into it.  I'd like to see a video of it being pulled down a trail, and see how it handles obstacles.

As far as the hitch goes, I think a pintle hook and loop option is the friendliest for off road. It offers almost unlimited articulation and turning between the trailer and the vehicle.

Thats an awsome trailer. I would get one if you sell them but I think trailers are kind of a pain in the a**.

But that is a really good idea. A video of it on a trail would be cool.
