If your employer won't give you medical and dental insurance, I'd be looking for a better job that does offer it.
What do you mean about removals?

I can't get insurance cause they consider me part time. I was supposed to be full time this year but instead they decided to cut my hours from 6 days a week to 4. Then they laid me off. They say they can't afford to make me full time this year. Last year I worked through most of the winter. Then they laid me off for like a few months but i still came back for a week or so. But now i can't even go back for the boss vacation. And when i am working i don't have any days off well this year it wasn't a problem cause i was only 4 days a week. But last year i was working 6 to 7 days a week no days off. Well looking at it from one point it was good. And in some ways it was a pain like sence my boss has something against me. And when i had a girlfriend and she said i worked to much and wanted me to take her out more. But at the same time I didn't make enough money. Well I agree i only get 6.50 an hour to run a back hoe and other equipment. Oh and when i say removals i mean when you have to dig someone up. It can get messy.

Let me give you some advise, if you think or know that your boss doesn't like you, its time to move on to another job!! I'm 42 years old and I know from experience!!!!!!
If you can run a backhoe and some other heavy equipment, there is a much better job out there for you and it will pay much better
If or when you find a much better job, tell your old boss to kiss your ass!!!
(Unless it was a legal matter), why would you have to dig someone up? I thought this was someones (final resting place )?

Well not to many people like my boss. Infact 3 months was the average time for the last 3 guys who worked there. He is a hard guy to get used to. But he isn't all that bad he is a lot nicer to me than when i first started. About the removals well we have been removing alot of people cause of the dumb plot sales man. He does the paper work on the graves and tells us where to dig. He needs to get his head out of his butt and learn how to read the park maps. So far we have moved 5 people and a couple of pre needs. Then one time some older ladie wanted her husband removed to go to a different cemitary. Then two people needed to be removed cause of murder cases. Then i have had to clean out the mossolium where the people have leaked out on the floor.

I don't see how you can stand this job. Not something that I would want to do.
Having to deal with another persons fluids, I'd be afraid of getting some kind of disease or something. It would give me the HE -BE- GE -BEES!!!!!
Boogie, boogie, boogie, like on the (Porky's) movie.
Me, with having to deal with a good friend of mine that was killed back in April due to a car accident, I could never do what you do at any given time.
I once thought of voluntering for the fire department, but changed my mind due to the fact that I would have to experience seeing dead people in accidents, fires, etc.

Sorry, It's just a little tuff when you lose a good friend, (takes a long time to get over a recent death).
I never knew about it.
Please tell me it's not for the bling, bling crowd!!!

Sorry to hear about your loss. I shouldn't have been so careless. I didn't know that it was recent i have been there. The site is for anyone with a 4x4 to get on and talk and show off your rig. There are people on there from all over. I posted some pics of my trucks on there.

You were not really careless, you just didn't know about it.
I'll have to check the website out, looking forward to seeing your truck.
I can't show you mine, because I have no digital camera.
