I was just given a 1987 Jeep Cherokee with a cracked transfer case.  I can't find out what kind it is. The selector goes 2hi-N-Limited 4wd-4Hi-4Lo.  Any help of any kind would be greatly appreciated. Thanxs  

I'm pretty sure it is a Quadra-trac but I don't know the model #.  You should be able to get the model # off the ID plate(if it didn't blow apart and get lost).   My buddy had a '90 Cherokee that did the same thing and it was a Quadra-trac.
