I need to find a lift for my truck! 94 ranger 4x4, 4.0, auto, STX model (means it's got a 1.5'' factory lift).  Anyhow, I've been looking into every brand.  I want some of your opinions on what I should get.  The truck will be my everyday driver, and will only be wheeled on trails and sand dunes, no mud.  I've heard that drop brackets for the front axle that relocate the stock ones can put a hole in my front diff.  I've been looking into BDS and tough country, because of their price...but I'm willing to spend the $ on skyjacker for their radius arms....I want to fit 33's on it, and currently have 31's.  But, a 4'' lift will give me a total of only 2.5'', since the factory 1.5'' must be removed (4''-1.5''=2.5'') any input would help...
thanks, Chris

Put a 3 in body lift on it. This will give plenty of room for 33's, and it will not change your factory ride. Not to mention the major $$$ you will save. I would recommend a Performance Accessories kit. It has all you need and directions. You can easily do it yourself. Plus, you can always go back and add a suspension lift and you will already be 3 in. higher.
