All I hear is how bad a ford is.  Or should I say ferd to some of you.  What ever that means?  The point is ford is a really darn good vehicle.  Chevy is a good vehicle.  I own one of each and I know that they both have strenghs and weaknesses.  But the plain and simple fact of the matter is my dark secret that few peole know.  I had my chevy out playing in the mud i got stuck and a ford pulled me out.  I was a big chevy fan even though my dad liked fords.  That day i saw what i had to do.  It was to lift my truck and get bigger tires and more power.  OR to save money buy the truck that pulled me out.  Well i bought that ford for 700 bucks 200 more dollars than my chevy was.  It came lifted with a superlift 33in tires with plenty of room for 35s but i haven't put them on yet.  Anyway this ford will go just about anywhere.  It is one beast off road its like a freakin tank.  And ain't no body gonna sit here and tell me this crap that a ford is garbadge.  I had a lot of guys telling me that a ford is fix and repair daily you know what i say oh did you think that one up when you were sitting there stuck waiting for someone to pull you out?  I mean come on are we a bunch of teen age kids hear?  I came here to talk about off road and share stories with other 4x4 people.  It doesn't matter what we drive we all like to off-road.  Can't we all just get along.  I don't care what you drive my one friend drives a little samuri and its stock heck that little thing goes just about anywhere.  My other friend owns a dodge and another a jeep.   

you know what man, your right, and dont take this the wrong way, but no one wants to here you complain either. I used to get mad about them making fun of ford, but I relized there just kidding around. Its just fun, Ive ragged on chevys too. dont take it seriously  

Oh so freakin sorry for complaining man.  NO one wants to hear me complain well maybe no one wants to hear everyone else complain about ford.   

Oh and if you don't want to hear me than i guess you don't have to listen.

Hey man you are right i am sorry.  I wasn't mad about that i was just haveing a bad day.  It wasn't right for me to be like that.  I'm havein some problems right now alot of things are messed up and i don't know what to do.

Some folks do fly off the handle on comments made at times, but I let 'em know that I'm just rattlin their chain so's they can start barkin!

I do try to give folks who ask, other opinions based on my personal experience. In my case it hasn't been good experiences with one Ford product in particular - an '89 Taurus. I'm sure this one was the classic 'lemmon' vehicle.  I had a friend recently tell me that this was the first he had ever heard of a problem with a Ford Taurus. My car may have had some bad juju put on it by some voodoo Haiti Lady out there, or something like that. Chevy has it's own line of crap vehicles like the Chevette and the Monza for some instances.

I sure hope things get better for ya soon. I know I'm going through some tough times myself. This sort of forum stuff just takes the edge off it at the end of the day in my case. Things will get better for us eventually, ya just gotta pray, keep the faith with your God, and keep a positive outlook on things until they do.

We all have our bad days, but as time goes by, things will get better!!

Hey Dodge boy when are your awesome dodge truck interiors going to start matching, or when will your piece 24 vavles be able to keep up with our 6.0's.  Also have you ever seen the diagram of the dodge ram emblem showing the fact that it resembles the exact diagram of a vagina.  So I guess driving something with that emblem on it makes you a p#$$y!!

yeah i agree i used to be a ford fan but i stated likin chevys and now i actaully like both  one of my buddys has a 77 f150 and i like it alot and i have an 82 chevy c10 and love it even though it needs work but i plan on fixin it up and keepin it or sellin it for another truck or 2 if i get enough money for it which i want another chevy and a ford both 4wd   but yeah i like both chevy and ford
