S-10's are pretty narrow wheel-base to go off road aren't they ? They are even narrower than the the Jeep Cj's I think. My brother had a CJ-5 with 44 hogs and a 6-inch lift on it. It was pretty unstable from side to side. We never layed it down but we came close a few times. I have a 2000 S-10 DD, and when I look under it when it's on the lift at the shop the little axles & shafts look like a Tonka truck's to me. I'm used to lookin' under my '77 K5. Now that's a truck!

Why not use a 2wd truck. Just show everybody how skilled you guys are. I am tired of only hearing about 4wds. Give yourselfs a real challange.

Since you guys already have the M37, go for it. But a nicely built small rig, like a BroncoII will catch an eye or two. Small block power, D44's, 203/205.
Btw..You should look into coming up here to New England for the U.A.

It would be nice to see your IFS buildup truck as the ultimate adventure truck. Maybe put some 42s on it and see how well it holds up.
