I have recently purchased a 2004 Pontiac and had my first horrific experience in the service department.I left without my car fixed and a bad taste in my mouth.I was treated horribly, rudley, and frankly I dont care if you give me a Pontiac, I would give it to my worst enemy....I always heard good thing concerning the Pontiac, the sales people were the only nice ones {of course} this is when they sucker you into thinking they are god......well let me tell you a story I dropped off my car for a really loud horrific squealing noise comming from the right front tire I made a appointment being that I am a single mom It was hard enough to go a whole day without my car only to pick it up and it was the same way I left it.When I went back to the sales people they said they could not hear the loud noise, so they went on a test drive with me and oh...my *** a miracle they heard it... they refused to give me a rental which by the way is in my warranty {like I have money to throw away} and said I would have to come back again ....and that if I did not like their service I could go else where ...well I will tell Bill Rapp the dealer ship I brought the car at to go to hell !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Call the Better Business Bureau and your local newspaper. If your warranty states that they are to give you a lender car, and they did not supply one upon request, that is infringement of a binding and legal contract, if you could prove this they would be forced to return your money (FULL AMOUNT) in return for their car. You would as well recieve a default on contract payment.

I would make an appoitment with the dearlship owner or President and go form there . Your just dealing with his flunkys other wise. If that gets you no where, then contact (General motors ) directly. Good luck
