I have a toyota pu with a small block chevy. It has the sm 465 tranny with the np 208 t-case and stock axles.I have a set of dana 60's from a 79 ford f350 that i will be installing under the toyota.I need to get my t-case to a drivers side drop.My buddy has a np 208 from a ford pu(drivers side drop).Does anybody know if the ford 208 can be made to fit the chevy tranny with parts from the chevy 208.Thanks.

I would call some off-road parts companies and ask if they sell that conversion or if they know of a company that might.

There are companies out there that make index rings to turn transfer cases. But I don't think you can totally flip the case. Your best off buying a 60 front for a chevy or a ford transfer case and get an adapter to mate to your transmision from advanced adapters.
