I am installing a 1999 Cummins 5.9 L engine in a 1997 dodge 3500 1 ton. I have run into an issue with the injector pump. The old one is manual control the new one is electronicly controled. Has any one had experience in this type of dumb situation. Any advice or help would be much appreciated.

I don't know that much about diesels, but you might have some luck checking out dodge truck world.  there are is a lot of good info on that site, and it is just for dodges.  here's the address for that site.
