I am totally new to the sport of off-roading. I got a great deal on a '94 Mazda B3000 4x4 with manual transfer case. It is in excellent condition and want to make it a weekend toy. My question is: Are parts for the same year Ford Ranger interchangable with my truck? I assume body parts wont work, but how about suspension parts? I was under the impression that these 2 trucks are almost the exact same. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate any advice.

Yes, it is basically the same truck. I have Ford Ranger A/C compressor on my '96 B3000, so I dont see how it would'nt work.

yeh...the trucks are freternal twins as you would say, just like the sierra and silverado, very similar with few differences like grille, and interior, the taillights look the same just turned upside down.even drivetrain is the same.
IT WASNT ME, IT WAS THE ONE ARMED MAN!
