HELP please

I want to change the wheels on my Z71 tahoe to the stock H2 wheels. The difference in bolt patterns is 6 now that I must change to an 8 bolt pattern. I there any company you would suggest me going thru to get the converters? Is it ok to use the converters or will it damage my truck in the long run?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks, vince
