Clutch problems

I have a very annoying clutch problem. After wheeling for about, the clutch feels like it not fully disengaging. I even have problems putting it in gear if I take the thing to neutral. When the jeep is rolling forward, it shifts fine. I have to double think my driving stratagy because of this. When I turn the jeep off for about 30 minutes, the problem is gone. Im thinking of clutch expansion due to heat. About 15,000 miles ago, I replaced the clutch, bearing, clutch housing, all fluid. I do run a stock 4.0 to a stock ax-15 to a NP231w/4:1 gears. I have 4.56 in diffs w/lockers, 36 inch super swampers on steel wheels. The Jeep is a 1993. Anyone have any ideas. Im going to bleed the system AGAIN! And I am in a environment where temps reach 130 and average 105. When the clutch is working fine; it works great! But the darn gremlin always comes out to say hi every time I go out. Thanks
