For those of you keeping track of our ’06 Dodge Ram 2500 build with the 5.9L I just wanted to give you a quick update on the Diablo Sport Predator Programmer that I installed (Power Atop Power, Sept. 07). The company has since revised the programmer and you can update it through the provided computer cables that came with the hand held unit.

The newest revision fixes the idle surge issue, but you loose the programmer on the fly feature as well as the ability to demo the programmer on another truck. Look for our truck to resurface in a few issues with some impressive dyno numbers to boot!
