I'm agrovated with the factory drum brakes! What all would I have to do change them to discs?

Well i am not 100% sure about it, but i do have some of the basics down. I know that you need to take the brakes and the backing plate off of the axle, mount the disk onto the axle. Then u have the tricky part because you have to make sure that the caliper and disk are aligned right, this is where i am lost, i am not positive on how to align the disk and the caliper correctly. So from there on you would have to check with one of your local shops to see if they know how to align the brakes. You also have to weld the caliper mounting brackets. Hope that helps some. but like i said i am not expert on it, but plan on doing one.

All Pro Off Road has a rear disc kit with GM calipers but it's pricey 500$ and has no set up for an e-brake. Allpro has the transfer case e brake brake kit however that cost another 200$. kinda pricey too. Anyway just a thought.
Cost is certainly an issue, hope to set up some discs on my 94pu
