Who said it is the consumers fault?  So the legal route is a dead end?

If they were an experienced shop they wouldn't have tried to stuff 37's under a 6" lift on an 03 chevy without recomending a body lift or bigger lift, for that matter, I'm not throwing punches here, just don't know how to keep my mouth shut, lol.

The legal route worked. The shop settled out of court. I just got my truck back from getting fixed today and it rides great and am very happy with it. They fixed all the screw ups that the previous shop did and installed a Cognito lift kit. Thanks again for all your posts.
