the subject came up a while back, I finally found a new source for it.
I have and use the posi lock, also have installed it on many trucks for others, they work great.

You can also upgrade to a 98 and later servo driven actuator which is a lot more reliable than older heat pill powered actuator and for less money than posilock too. It will retrofit with a minor wiring change. GM even offers a kit for it.
