I have a 76 f100 I want to swap the drivetrain from an 88 f250 into and I was wondering what would be involved in converting the five lug to eight with the ttb front end.  Any info any one has would be greatly appreciated.  

Well maybee some more info will get people thinking.  I believe the ttb front end is the dana 44 HD.  I think the 44HD is a 44 with the dana 50 outers on it. If this is the case would it be possible to put the 50 outers on the 76 dana 44, or would the spindles not work out?  

Or would it be easier/possible to swap in some spindles, and hub/rotor from a 79 f250.  I all ready have a dana 60 rear end in the truck and I want to change the wheel lug patterns so they match (either all 8 or all 5).  Whatever is the cheapest or easiest (in that order).
