Im lokig at buying an 87 toyota 4runner turbo.  It has 215,000 miles on it, but motor was recently rebuilt from the oil pan up, with new timing chain and a remanufactured turbo.  The man said that he is the second owner of the truck and that the previous owner had it rebuilt because of high milage, not because something on it blew up or broke.  My question is if anybody knows if these moptors are supost to be as reliable as the good ol 22r,s and re's are.  Any help would be great. thanks
