Rough Country may be the lowest price suspension lift.  I don't like more than a 1" body lift (aluminum pucks).  Depending on what your vehical is, with a 2" or 3" lift you might need to add length to the shift rod, transfer case linkage, possible ground straps from the engine to firewall, radiator hoses, fabricate a new fan shroud, factory trans cooler lines to radiator, possibly need to extend or replace the steering shaft (a 3" body lift really extends it), add length to the fuel fill hose, stretch your brake lines to the master cylinder, maybe reroute some wires.  When I put a 1" body lift in my 82 1 ton GMC, I only had to adjust the shift rod (it was long enough), trim the bottom of the fan shroud, and minor streching of brake lines to the master cylinder.
