I have a 1990 Suziki Samurai. Won't start. If you pull the coil wire from coil to distributer off and have someone turn the key, it'll spark twice. Continues to turn over but will not start. Any suggestions?

I am not familiar with Suzuki cars or suv's but I am familiar with Suzuki 4-stroke outboards. Is this a fuel injected engine in the 1990? If so, I might have your answer.

check ignition wires, and check you have battery juice at sparkplugs. I own a 87 Sammy. So ahead and ask any questions you want.
This thing has three speeds: Slow, Balls to the Wall, and Jesus Christ

Check the timing. I have an 88 and just helped a friend put a 1.3l into his 89 and we have had similar problems on both. The 89 wasn't timed right. I replaced the cap rotor and plugs and wires on the 88 and it starts every time now.
