I AM WONDERING IF IT IS POSSIBLE AND HOW DIFFICULT IT WILL BE tO PUT A DODGE DANA 60 UNDER THE FRONT AND A DANA 70 UNDER THE REAR OF MY 85 CHEVY K10. AND IF THESE ARE GOOD AXLES I WILL BE ABLE TO PURCHASE THEM FOR ABOUT 400 DOLLARS THEY ALREADY HAVE 5:30SOMETHING GEARS

i have been told that they will bolt right in. from pin to pin there is a half inch differnce on the mounting pads and they are two and a half compared to three inches wide. that is a steal either way around here a 60 goes for a grand that is even if they need new u joints and seals. this site tells you everything you need to know bout a dana 60 http://www.pirate4x4.com/tech/billavista/60_front/index.html

Hi a wheeling buddy of mine just did a similar swap but he did it the other way he put chevy axles under his dodge 1/2 ton the front bolts right in the rear the dodge springs were 2 inchs different but it's a great deal get them regardless
