Yes! Don't bother with that garbage front end! I have had a few 80's Broncos and I regret ever putting any money into them! Two of them were 6 inch kits. The (i dare say)better one was a Rancho kit with every single part ever made to make it better but still a huge waste of money.  You would be a tiny bit better off due to the fact that you have leaf springs and the heavier duty TTB but still I would go staight axle all the way. I would say Dana 60 but as I know lots of people can't afford them so a heavy duty version of the Dana 44 would still be great and WAY better than any TTB system.(either one out of a 70's Ford) If you really want to stay with the TTB don't get a susp. system bigger that 4 inches for pleanty of different reasons. I don't like them(especially over 2 inches)but you could do a body lift!?!? Or cut the fenders out some and/or get cut out flares. Hope this helps you in your pursuit of a nice big Ford!? I KNOW WITH 95-97 DIESL THERE IS NO BODY LIFTS BECAUSE OF THE WAY THE RADIATOR IS MONTED IT WOULD PICK IT UP TO HIGH FOR THE FAN AN SHARD OR THAT WHAT THE 4X4 SHOP TOLD ME

84-97 F350 dana 60 front don't need a kit just find the axle and buy your lift for 350 instead of 250 can get the track bar brakets with the lift or a wrecking yard but you'll pay pretty decent amount for a used front and will most likely need to freshen it up most all gearing in those years were either 3.54 or 4.10 scrap the dana 50 TTB stay away from dually frontends hubs are odd and spendy to change over.
