i have a 83 s15 4x4 it came stock with a 2'8 v6. and i want to put a v8 in it's place. i found motor mounts but i'm not sure about the bellhousing. can any one help?  

i dont think a 2.8 L bell housing has an adapter in which case you will have to get a 4.3 L 700 R-4, a 3500 turbo, or a 400 TH but you can check with advanceadapters.com that would be your only chance for one
