I have never built a dodge before, always chevys.
I have a engine from a 68 charger a 318, is it possible to put the heads and crank from a 360 and stroke it like a chevy?

and can someone tell me where i can find parts for this engine?

I am not really into Dodge, but the heads will bolt up from a 318 to a 360 and the other way around, but like small block Chevy you better check cc volume of the heads because it is likely that the 360 has a larger cc volume cumbustion chamber, and the intake and exhaust cc volume may also be different.  I am not sure about stroking the 318.  You can get some parts from Summit Racing (summitracing.com).  You might also want to do a web search on mopar performance.
