i have a 1990 toyota tacoma lifted on 35's and i took the motor out and put in a 1994 motor 5speed. well just the other day i was driving down the road and my brakes caught on fire and melted the brakes and in side so i cant get the drum off. i was thinking about changing it ti disc brakes. i was wondering how hard this will be and a around about price it will be to do it.  

well i know all pro sells a rear disk brake kit for 399 but it might be cheaper to just buy another rear end  

yea i got the drums off today and just replaced it wasnt to bad but im still going to think about the disc brakes on it.so thanks for the info.
