At least I think it's a 3/4 ton!, Anyway, Hello there, I have serious issues to resolve first before I go all tech-ish on yall, but thought it good form to say hello, and introduce the beast to you all, yeah, the beast, is a 1981 chevy, so far I've found that I need to bend a new trans line,(auto, but the return line is busted about 2" to the housing, and the dam nut is stripped, but hey it'll be fun!!), I also am having break issues, cuz a striped bleader valve, that's gonna be some fun too, and I just recently, (last night till 11:00, but it was worth it!!), was playing around with my valves, the friend I took it off of, just had a e.brock intake/carb with a highrise between em,....anyway, I bought the monster a few day's ago and am having a blast!!! (this is in fact my first truck!!!!    I'm pretty stoked about it, I started my wheelin in a..??..*thinking realllllly hard*, suzuki samari I supose?..no wait, we had the cherokee before that..well, one of em, but both were equally worthy of what abuse I was putting em through, ahhhh the good ol day's, lol ..that was about 8-10 years ago, since I've stuck with a 2000 cherokee, that's searved me well and I will always appriciate the auto locking front hubs!!!...(HEY MAN, i"M SPOILED AND DON'T DIG GETTING MUDD ON MY CLOTHS!!!), But seriously, I needed something with a bit more *umph*, if ya know what I mean, I could have went all psycho on the jeep, but my 10-12ish years with the misses has,....taught me that you don't mess with mamma bear's den, her front yard, nor her ride!!!, unless her concent has been given, so....lol..the suzuki has taken it's share of lumps and finaly tuckered out on me...(broke the frame...sob...sob.....) and that is when I found the BEAST!!!...starts great, once it got a new fuel filter and what not, the friend I got it off of, must have just tuckered out on it, or....??, cuz I can't find a single thing wrong with it that a bit of time and effort couldn't fix...but ah, his loss...so..now my adventures shall continue with a bit more umph behind the tires......untill I need ya'll help!!!
