For the front you can tighten the torsion bars which is free or get torsion bar keys which are fairly inexpensive.

I CRANKED MY T BARS JUST 1" TO CLEAR MY 265/75/16 TIRES AND HAVENT HAD A PROBLEM...ITS NOT THE BEST WAY BUT THATS AS HIGH AS YOU WANT TO GO...IF YOU CRANK TO THE 2" MARK THEN YOUR T BARS ARE AT THE MAX AND SUSP.WILL BE STIFF LIKE A DEAD BODY! AND YOULL WEAR THE FRT END OUT ALOT FASTER!...THATS THE CHEAPEST WAY,ITS FREE!

THE BEST AND SAFEST WAY IS TO LIFT W/ A KIT, ANYWHERE BETWEEN 3"-6"AND $400-$1500 DEPEND ON MANUF.

Most inexpensive way on that truck is a good quality lift kit... sorry... there's just not to many ways to lift an IFS truck.

a body lift is only around a $100 the only problem is that it is not the prettiest and makes the truck top heavy if you are going to jus have it as a toy go with a body lift but if its going to be a daily driver go with a suspension
