For all you GI's out there going to Guam be warned the Chief of Police of the Guam Police Department is going to ticket any lifted, lowered, or modified vehicle.

too many people having a good time out there.....gotta put an end to that. must be nice that there's zero crime going on in guam, that the police can focus their attention on modified vehicles.

They are saying April 7th is Ticket Day.
Any lifted or lowered vehicle will get ticketed. 3 tickets and it's off to jail.
