Need help before I go out and spend money on parts not needed. I am having trouble with not getting any fuel. I tested all relays to include the circuit relay and all checks out fine. I did check for voltage form the Fp teminal that plugs into the relay and only getting 9 volts. Should I be getting 12 volts? I am not getting power back to the line next to the tank for fuel pump when ignition is on or cranking. Would a faulty ECU cause this? I am running out of options.  

Anyone??? Any Ideas where to go to any get help?

have you tried to take the catalytic converter off of it yet? i was having that problem too and a friend told me to take it off so I did. she flys now
